The Health and Safety Manager's Online Documents Manager provides you with access to your essential health and safety documents whenever and wherever you can get online, including via your mobile phone or tablet.

This can save time and money when equipment or staff arrive on site without the necessary H&S documents to proceed - they can be retrieved and displayed when and where you need them.
Your documents are also secure and protected. Your documents/files are stored in folders and subfolders – and can structured to suit you. A flexible permissions system also means you can have folders or files that are only visible to certain people or groups.
Your files and folders are only visible after login, by designated people, so privacy of your content is assured.
There's also a public documents section, which contains handy forms and documents that can be downloaded and changed to suit your needs, before being uploaded to the privacy of your own user area.

The Online Documents Manager is available as part of your registered subscription to The Health and Safety Manager.

26-50 employees - £70 per month
