The Health and Safety Manager's Online Support Desk enables you to submit health and safety queries, problems and questions via our easy-to-use online support ticket system.
All tickets are logged with date and time submitted – as are replies. You can log on and submit a report request at any time of the day or night, 7 days a week.
The system contains a frequently answered questions (FAQs) section, to help provide instant answers to the most common queries. This is is constantly updated in line with support desk activity.
Once you've submitted a support ticket, you'll receive an email acknowledgement, and we'll email you when a response to your query has been posted.

All support tickets and responses are logged within the system, including date, time, etc., which is useful for those who work to stringent quality processes.
